I honestly didn't plan on watching it because of how both the Originals and the Vampire Diaries last few seasons went and ended. But because I was bored, I sat down and watched three episodes and I have to admit it's honestly not that bad. If you consider it a series separate from the original two shows. It's interesting, and I'm curious on how'll it will turn out.
Okay, so to have an actual review in here. I just watched the first two episodes and it's pretty interesting so far! I prefer this reboot more than the charmed one. The political commentary flows easily and the pop references are hidden enough that it's a little hard to tell what time period it's in. The dynamic between the two aunts is interesting to say the least and I'm curious on how'll it develops. Another cool thing about the show is that the CG is done well! It's not as cringey as the Sha
This series is a little complicated and human in a way. It's mostly about, Plum, a fat woman trying to lose wait for other people. She's struggling with various different diets as well as career issues because she isn't where she wanted to be. Meanwhile, a women vigilante group is suddenly appearing and killing men who have committed sexual abuse. Resulting in people freaking out. Of course, our protagonist isn't taking notice to this interesting development. I think it's an interesting series
This show makes me wonder how he got himself in that situation. It is obvious that at least Kim has some issues, but I wonder how did the other woman come to live completely isolated? She seems like an ordinary housewife, and yet only recently has she went back to socializing with others. Also how is he maintaining
a job right now? He is telling each woman every other week that he's working(when in truth he's ripping off reviews on the internet for his job). How is he able to fool his workplace
Most of the seasons, all the way up to the 6th-ish season was AMAZING, but after Nina left, it just seemed like, to me at least, that the plots weren't as well thought out as it was before. I would still totally recommend the show, but the newer seasons aren't as interesting as before.
It's not that bad. It's actually pretty good! Some of the acting in the beginning looked a little forced but after a few episodes it smoothed out. :) Anyway, if you like fae-related sort of things, you'll definitely like it.
